Hokay, so...

A lot of people have been asking me what i want for my 21st. And i can never think of things on the spot, so i thought i'd make a list of ideas. If you are going to get something from the list, i suggest you make a post (anonymously :p) to call shotgun. Otherwise 5 people might get me the same thing. Oh, and i'd recommend teaming up for some if they're pricey.
So, here goes.

A 5x5x5 rubik's cube. I have no idea where to get them, other than the internet.

A Jamiroquai album. I don't have 'Emergency on Planet Earth', or 'The Return of the Space Cowboy'.

A Gyrotwister. There's information on them here:
http://www.gyrotwister.com.au/
You can get them from the internet, or from Martial Arts World which is in Gladesville, on Victoria Road.

An external hard drive.. Preferably 160GB (or more!). If possible, one with a firewire connection (that might be hard to find though).

The ministry of sound 2007 annual. JB HiFi is probably the best place to go.

A book on taekwondo patterns. This might require consulting with someone from my club, or me, so they are the right patterns. There are dozens at martial arts world.

A bible commentary (i don't have one), or any other christian books. You could even just get me a Koorong voucher, I love roaming around bookshops.

Taekwondo leg guards. Again, martial arts world! In fact, a voucher for martial arts world is pretty safe if you're not sure :p

Ok well there's a start. Please feel free to get something else if you have other ideas!

Brushing away the cobWebs

Well, i'm attempting to anyway.
Figured i should really update this, i'm working on the Space For Rent myspace and blog, so i thought why not blast another personal one into the blogosphere.

Things are pretty good at the moment.
Although i'm a bit sick, i have this cold thingy that everyone's getting. And i have exams in a week and a half. And then there's the powerpoint presentation i have to give tomorrow. Which is pretty lame. Oh and its FREEZING!! I wish it was summer. Or hawaii. Or some other nice tropical place where it is warm and there's sand i can walk on with bare feet (sans hypothermia).

SO, things actually are pretty good at the moment. There's only one day of uni left. And i've got credits in every assessment i've got back yet this semester, including a chem test in which i almost had a near death (or at least considerably panicked) experience. I only remembered i had to do the test when it was 2am monday and it was due by 9am monday, and i was already working on a psych assignment due at 4pm monday (none of which i could have started earlier because i had an even huger psych assignment due the friday before this!). So that was a stressful day!
Oooops i was meant to be telling about how good life is! I think i have a problem with complaining. Very silly. So, uni's pretty good really. I haven't seen as much of my regular uni friends as usual, everyone seems so busy. But i've been hanging out with other people which is cool too. And only doing three subjects means i'm less worried about cramming so much learning in. There is a LOT of material in the chem course but i'm pretty confident i can slog through it.

Ooh and i think i saved the best til last... I have a girlfriend! Her name is sarah, and she is brightening up my life considerably!
Actually she's probably one of the very few people reading this so hi sarah :)

And she just came online!! Wow, speak of the devil.

I think i'll have to ask to be excused at this juncture....
*wanders off to do some stuff*

Long time no post!

Wow, i have almost become a cobWeb.. you know, those internet sites you find, which haven't been updated since the internet was first invented.
But here i am!

Wow, so much to say. I am here again, ready to take on another year. A little daunted by what the year holds, i'm not quite sure what to expect of it yet.
Going into third year uni is going to be interesting, with a lot of study called for this year! Church is beginning to get busy again, with leaders' meetings etc. happening. I'm helping Fiona with music for weekend away this year, which should be very educational and challenging. Taekwondo just started again today, so i'm aching a little- i can't begin to imagine what it will be like waking up tomorrow (the morning after is always worse)..

And i'm in a band. We are pilot light, and we are on myspace:
our myspace
There should be some awesome songy stuff up soon, we have been busy recording. On tuesday we borrowed fancy recording gear from a music shop, including a mixer, drum mics and overhead mics, and we recorded 'run'.

And to amuse those of you with similar crude taste to myself, i found a comic. I laughed. A lot.

Time to party down for holidays!

Animals are Better Than You I feel so inferior now.

Lol. This was too good not to post.

Oh, and exams are over, i'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Excellent.
My eyes hurt though, spent way too long in front of my computer! We just had several epic games of starcraft, some with 4 players (andy, tom, amanda and I), against some unfortunate computer enemies.
I think i might go to bed soon, its getting late.
Bye!

I'm over stuff.

I just wrote a big long post, but it didnt really seem good so i killed it. Anyway.
Maybe i'm over blogging. I just don't really feel much motivation to at the moment.
I don't have much motivation to do anything actually.

Although, i went to the movies today, it was quite good. I saw 'the wrong man'. Goood movie. It was a perfect balance of action and plot. If i was one of those people who analyses and works out movies, it probably would have been lame and predictable. But i tend to only make the leaps that are expected of me in movies, so 30 seconds before something is explicitly revealed i'm like omgosh! It's great. Movie producers make movies for people like me i think. There aren't many i don't like, but there have been a few. I generally don't make a habit of paying good money to see movies i would think are awful. Anyway now that i've made this sufficiently long, im going to go.

I'll continue to consider whether i really want to keep doing this or not.
Perhaps on a less frequent basis. Hmm..

Ow ow ow!!! & Holidays! (not)

Ok that's way bad.

And that's way funny. He made the right decision of where to guard.

Anyway, onto holidays. It's stuvac now, technically. Although i still have one assigment left, which sucks a lot. But yeah after tomorrow, i have no more stuff to do until exams next week.
I just have to learn the entire chemistry course.

Seriously, i take notes in lectures, i try and go to all of them, i do well in the pracs, but i feel like i really haven't learnt much at all, i really have a lot of reading to do in stuvac. Way bad.

Speaking of way, i'm going to have a way jar soon. I have recently started using it as an adjective, sort of in the place of very. It's way bizarre. So, yes i'm probably going to create a jar.
Mike has a yeah-yeah jar. I say it too, but not often enough to warrant a jar. For the last week or so i've been putting way into most sentences!

Time to go continue my psychology essay! Woot. Not.
